For some time now, Christie (Alexis Crystal) has been looking for a roommate to help reduce the rental costs of the large apartment she already shares with Lola (Jadilica). After several unsuccessful visits, she welcomes Tom (Alex Romero) today, hoping that this time it will work out. After quickly showing him around the apartment, Christie warns Tom that the only rule of the cohabitation is that it is forbidden to bring a boyfriend or girlfriend to the apartment. However, nothing in the rules specifies that the roommates cannot get closer to each other. Tom will indeed be able to experience this firsthand when Christie invites him to her room a few days after his arrival to make a first assessment.
After Christie has "officially" approved her new roommate, it is Lola's turn to verify that Tom is really the one they need. While Tom thought he was alone in the apartment, he is surprised to find that Lola is still there and that she has a very specific idea about how the evening should unfold. Tom thought he would quietly watch a TV series until the pretty brunette joins him, simply dressed in a lingerie set that leaves no doubt about her intentions. Tom's series will be advantageously replaced by an unexpected anal session.
This morning, while Tom is telling his best friend about his sexual adventures, Christie and Lola summon him to the main bedroom for a little explanation. Christie has just discovered that he spent the night with her roommate without telling her. The two women have a rule that Tom was unaware of: roommates must share everything... absolutely everything. Tom will have to accept this new rule if he wants to stay, but honestly, who could refuse to comply with such an exciting rule with two women so into sex?
Today, John (Kristof Cale) receives Angelika Grays and her associate Amalia Davis. They are looking for a large villa where they can set up their offices. Their swimwear brand has grown so much that they must leave their downtown offices if they want to continue their activities in good conditions. The villa would be perfect for their showroom, and the pool would allow them to organize their photo shoots without having to rent a studio. The only problem is that for now, the selling price is still a bit above their means, but faced with two such determined women, John is quite willing to make an effort on his commission. To thank him, Angelika and Amalia are also ready to make "an effort"...
John is one of the best real estate agents in the region. No matter the budget of his clients, he always manages to find them the perfect gem within their budget. Today, he has an appointment with Luna Thrurmann to find her an apartment. Recently separated, she needs to quickly find a place where she can resume the course of her new single life. Despite her very recent breakup, Luna quickly understood that she would have no trouble finding a man who respects her more than the previous one. For now, she just wants to have a good time with the real estate agent, and too bad if he is late for his next visit.
For his last visit of the day, John receives a couple looking for a large apartment to organize private swingers' parties once or twice a week. Francis X and Catherine Knight like to do things right and want to be sure that the owners will agree. In the meantime, Catherine finds John very much to her liking and would like to ensure with him that the apartment would be suitable for one of their parties. And if that can facilitate negotiations with the owners, why deprive themselves?
